Nguyen Giang
Associate Professor of Finance

My research interest is Private Equity, Venture Capital, IPO, Merger and Acquisition. I focus on understanding how information frictions affect the fund raising of young, small, and innovative companies, and how social networks mitigate those frictions. Before joining emlyon business school, I worked at the School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University, Tokyo. I obtained a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Waseda University and a Master degree of Finance from the Australian National University.
