Felix Kaysers

“I have  M.Sc. in Psychology and a M.Sc. in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Lund University. As part of my PhD, I am currently interested in entrepreneurial behavior at the individual- and team-level through the use of experiments and longitudinal surveys. In my current research project I am investigating the role of motivation in entrepreneurs’ decision-making.
