Professor Jean Clarke has together with colleague Robin Holt (Copenhagen Business School and Nottingham Business School) published a paper in Journal of Business Venturing Insights. The highlights are:
“We use drawing as a method to elicit in-depth and latent insights about entrepreneurs’ experiences.
We show the drawings created by entrepreneurs using pencil and paper, accompanied by their verbal explanations.
We focus on two aspects of drawing, which we refer to as “beginnings”, and “traces”.
We highlight how the process was generative in terms of understanding the entrepreneurial experience for both the researchers and entrepreneurs.”
